Math:

Students are starting the year learning about Ten Frames.  Students are working on counting to twenty.  Students are also practicing writing numbers and number words.

  

Reading/Phonics:

Students have started reading groups.  Students are practicing their letter names and sounds.  Students are starting recognize the words: I, Like, Me, and The. 

 

Writing:

Students are working on writing their classmate's names.  Students have started to draw, lable, and write about places that they know.

 

Science:

Studdents learned how to make butter.

    

 

Social Studies:

 Students are learning all about Thanksgiving.
